Yeah, Austin was named best city for singles... and it would be great for me, if I wasn't already happily married with two little ones! It's a college town, so there are tons and tons of students, both undergrad and grad, plus, it's one of the most liberal (if not THE most liberal) city in Texas, so it attracts lots of young people. Pretty cool, actually!

That's awesome that you're able to take advantage of the opportunity to go to London. Even if it is against the wishes of your family... you've got to do what's best for you! I'm jealous, though! I've not had the chance to go to Europe yet. My husband and I are hoping to go in few years... although, I did make him promise that we could go see Coldplay in London on their next tour!

It's great that you got to be there for their final show of the tour. From the reviews I've read, it sounds like it was absolutely amazing. I've always liked Coldplay, but for some reason, I just fell head over heels in love with them this year. I was really into music back in h.s. and college, but it'd been pushed to the side since I've had a family. Coldplay has reignited my passion for music and it's been wonderful!

How long have you been in London? Are you there for school? What are you studying? Houston is gigantic and full of things to do, but I don't think I'd want to live there I'm in Austin, which I love.
