edit: He won first round anyway. I'm thinking all the Crest fangirls voted for her, but she failed at getting elected, so they transferred their votes to Mark. That's my theory.

Ok genuine question:

Why was there even a 2nd round? It seems so pointless.

I predicted this would happen, people should vote for who they wanted to vote for, Mark has picked up votes from people who voted for others, which is a bit silly really, cos he wasn't their first choice.

Oh well, he is CLEARLY funnier than me.
