How much weight are you trying to lose?

 

Well I don't really know. I just seem fatter.

 

Like here's a picture of me now:

And I have time between now and like August to get un-fat so I'm here now :angry:

I think you're body just changes as you get older? I've been trying to get into shape too (like always) and argh.. I've been working out since Feb and I still see no changes. In fact, I feel like I gained more weight instead of losing. You need to drink a lot of water though, no cokes, no juices, no cookies, no pasta, etc. :/

I think you're body just changes as you get older? I've been trying to get into shape too (like always) and argh.. I've been working out since Feb and I still see no changes. In fact, I feel like I gained more weight instead of losing. You need to drink a lot of water though, no cokes, no juices, no cookies, no pasta, etc. :/

 

Perhaps. Though a year before the skinny me picture I was fatter :|

hey brent! why don't you try walking more often? my dad recommended it to a friend and he said it worked for him.

 

as for the arms..umm..try push-ups?

 

i'm also trying to lose some weight so 5 days a week i do lots of walking and running about..i think it's working

I have pretty muscly arms so I'm not really trying to gain muscle.

 

I was thinking about walking on an incline on the treadmill. I already do a ton of walking around campus so I could consider walking but with somehow more intensity

that could work...it would be easier to fit that into your daily routine than a 30-minute or 50-minute work out session....

 

i'm trying to look up some other weight loss tips...if i find something good i'll let you know.

Green tea will help you in your diet. Apparently it helps those concerned that they are overweight as it increases the rate of fat breakdown or something like that. Plus it's uber healthy. Great for your skin, flushes out any toxins in your body because of the extremely high level of antioxidants in it.
