  1. This makes me think they're saving as much material as they can for MOTS Vol. 2, whether it's an album or an EP.

  2. Music Of The Spheres Volume 2 will just be remixes of High Power.

  3. Glad we've finally figured it out. And obviously Volume 3 will be another set of HP remixes, cause you can never have too many of those! Or there'll be more remixes of the remixes of the remixes. Kaotican lyrics this time.

  4. Maybe there are so many HP versions and remixes to populate an entire planet of their own?

  8. For some reasons V2 sounded just like a draft where they shared the ideas of what and where can possibly be in the song: like, the drumming might be in that place and maybe more extended, the guitar solo can be like this and maybe at that part where it actually was or maybe for the part altogether with Merry Clayton's vocals (some notes of that solo are already there) because her part sounded even more not integrated, and on V1 it somehow sounded like already being more certain what to layer where but it seems to be the very first stage that's why it's without the solo and Merry Clayton, can i

  10. I share the same hesitations/doubts, though the patterns of what they choose to play or not play are kind of strange and that means it could really go either way. Twisted Logic is a very normal and good song (though maybe 1 or more bandmember hated it like is the case for Hardest Part). UWTB is not crazy either except for a piano-to-acoustic guitar transition reminiscent of 42. Hypnotised is a great song and would've been easy to perform. Miracles (Someone Special) had a great collab opportunity yet they only performed it ONCE. Also, never playing Fun??? Despite literally TOURING with Tove Lo

  11. It's amazing! To me is sounds like V1 is from sometime during the GS era and V2 is from early on in the AHFOD era. The female voice is Merry Clayton, who provided backing vocals for some songs on AHFOD (AOAL + Up&Up). So this version is probably a version before the one we hear in the doc. I really hope they end up releasing it this era.

  12. The differences throughout the song for the first 3 minutes are quite minimal. And you can tell it just doesn't feel done yet. But damn, I absolutely LOVE the last bit with the drum fills and eclectic/distorted guitar (somewhat reminds me of the Speed of Sound guitar). Hope this will remain in the final version πŸ™‚

  13. well, somehow there seems to be a leak of the race v2(dont worry, i wont share it anywhere, so dont ask me for it ;)) not much difference to the original gs version tho, just a guitar solo in the end, slight change of lyrics, the bridge is different(with the female voice from the ahfod version), more strings, more drums, more jonny, the outro is nice tho

  14. Playing vinyl records takes effort. The quality of the record you what to play matters. The quality of your turntable , stylus , speakers will also matter. You can have a great setup, but a terrible pressing of a record or a cd / digital sourced pressing isn’t going to sound amazing. for me I do enjoy the work that it takes to listen to something. I have many great memories looking at records , pulling out the inserts from cassettes and cds. Vinyl has obviously been making a come back these last 10 years but with streaming services for movies and music , and physical media

  15. If all artists do this then the Japanese music industry must be worth A LOT more than in any other country with stans buying the Japanese edition instead of or on top of their local one?! It's kind of crazy to think about.

  16. I don't understand what any of this has to do with LP9. And first of all the most important thing is that all their videos get views = more money to the band? Second why is it a bad thing if Everglow get views? I don't get it...

  17. It's a space year or what ? Vangelis will release Juno to Jupiter on Sept 24. Check the cover.

  18. Do they ever get around to releasing Car Kids or The Race? πŸ˜› Hmmm... I love MOTS. I always tend to love the little ambient interludes, intros, outros, etc on Coldplay albums. But Higher Power... ehh. It's not one of the better opening songs. But then again, it may grow on me. Coloratura is a gorgeous closer, though. Currently my favorite of the bunch. It's like Muse's Exogenesis Symphony at the end of the Resistance album, which is super long but also beautiful. Openers: Square One Politik Life In Technicolor Sunrise Mylo Xyloto/Hurts Like Heaven

  19. Just so everyone doesn't get excited like me, it's the old snippets played on repeat... not longer versions.

  20. It's interesting that Humankind and Human Heart are both on an album that's set in another solar system. Makes me think the whole album is meant to be an allegory for the diversity and beauty of our own planet. Sometimes people on our own planet feel so far away, as if they do not live in our world, yet we are still one. And, as the great astrophysicist and astronomer Carl Sagan suggested, we are one with the stars as well, because we are made from them.

  21. It's a huge compliment to sound like PF. That doesn't take anything away from Coldplay right? They have achieved something great by sounding this good in a pretty much unexplored teretory for them.

  22. Wasn't Coloratura described like heaven? For me this song is about appreciateing what you've got on this planet before we go to Coloratura.
