The Super Bowl will be played at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, around 40 miles southeast of San Francisco. The Levi's Stadium is the home of the 49ers. Coldplay will play a show in the stadium on September 3rd this year!

The Super Bowl is on Sunday 7th February and kicks off at 15.30 PT.

Still on his tour to various radio stations across the U.S, Chris Martin strolled into the 102.7 Fresh FM studios, with Carson and Cane on a fresh Wednesday day in New York.

The interview had a more personal tone to it, due to the questions being asked about Gwyneth Paltrow's involvement on upcoming 'A Head Full Of Dreams' track, 'Everglow' and about his kids, Apples and Moses who also help out on their fathers album. Chris also divulges on the impending 'Adventure Of A Lifetime' music video, in which Coldplay chose to be Apes, rather than being another option presented to them, such as Dinosaurs!

Zane Lowe has announced the premier of a new Coldplay song, on his Beats1 radio show tomorrow! He'll be joined by Coldplay's frontman, Chris Martin for the first time since the DJ left BBC Radio 1 for Apple Music.

The show was originally thought to be taking place today but Zane Lowe confirmed the Thanksgiving date for the exclusive debut of a track from 'A Head Full Of Dreams'.

The track debuting is rumoured to be 'Hymn For The Weekend'.

To listen to Beats1, you'll need to sign up to Apple Music (unless you're using IOS version 9). They offer a free trial, through of variety of devices and if you already have an Apple ID, you can sign up using those details and cancel recurring payments via your account.

The show is due to air at 12pm EST, 5pm UK time. Stay tuned to our forum thread for the latest details.

Coldplay returned to the American Music Awards for the first time in seven years last night, as they delivered a funky performance of 'Adventure Of A Lifetime'. A group of monkey backup dancers also joined them on stage (one of which was Ellen DeGeneres).

The British band were introduced on stage by Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, where they not only amazed the crowd with the funky moves on stage but Xyloballs (as seen at #TIDALXColdplay) were bouncing around, with confetti falling down from the ceiling!

New songs from Coldplay's seventh album, 'A Head Full Of Dreams' (due for release in 13 days!) will air in public for the first time ever, at Coldplay's Rearranged Tidal concert, on Saturday 21st at 20:30 PT time.

Coldplaying.com understands that the band are planning to perform four new songs at #TIDALXCOLDPLAY, which include the previously heard songs, 'Adventure Of A Lifetime' and 'Amazing Day', along with recent debutants, 'A Head Full Of Dreams' and 'Everglow' (more to follow). The original Tidal show was of course postponed, after the terrible events in Paris last week. Instead, Coldplay performed a wonderful acoustic set in front of many grateful fans.

We are looking forward to hearing new songs tomorrow night but it's not the first time the band have played 'A Head Full Of Dreams' and 'Everglow'. Coldplay appeared on the James Corden show for a special feature, which will be aired within a few weeks. A select few Coldplay fans were lucky enough to witness those songs being performed live for the first time.

There's also the iHeartRadio Album Release Party from last night, which wasn't reported on due to being another pre-recording, scheduled for airing upon the album release. South America isn't the only Continent on the lips of Coldplay fans at the moment, as three dates in the UK were revealed. One at Etihad Arena, Manchester and another two at Wembley Stadium, London. In Europe, just the one date revealed, which is Barcelona in Spain.

Coldplay recently posted an artwork teaser for the new tour (below), signalling that the 'A Head Full Of Dreams' 2016 world tour will be announced soon!

We also have confirmation from a poster, spotted in Chile (Thanks to @coldplaycl and @Coldplayvideo) that Coldplay will perform in the Estadio Nacional (Chile) on April 3rd! This confirms the recent rumours of an end of March / start of April date, for Coldplay's Latin American tour.

It seems the band will be touring in every continent, as previously hinted. This screenshot from Chris Martin Campaign on Facebook shows a preview of their tour screen (during a test). The only continent not covered is Antarctica (Where their name would become literal!)

Coldplay are the band specially featured within the upcoming edition of Q Magazine, out next Tuesday!

Q editor, Niall Doherty has spent the "last few months" stalking Coldplay and we're sure there will be some tasty information on the new album, upon the magazine release.

Chris Martin's mate, Noel Gallagher teased the Coldplay frontman over his Q Award presentation to the former Oasis man by saying, "His main role in life is to present me with awards....". Noel will be featuring on 'A Head Full Of Dreams', in the form of a guitar solo on final track, 'Up&Up'.

For the U2 fans among us, there will also be a special feature on their recent UK shows in Tuesday's edition!

Tickets went on sale at 19:45 UK time this evening, for Coldplay's special BBC Radio 1 Concert on December 3rd. Demand was very high as expected and tickets were sold out within minutes!

Some fans were stuck in an online ticket queue, while others weren't able to complete their transactions. It's estimated (according to a Twitter poll and forum posts) that only 12% of online Coldplayers managed to snap up tickets.

Like we mentioned previously, getting tickets to the intimate show was always going to be very difficult, as we know what happened during the ticket rush for the Royal Albert Hall gig last year and the capacity of St John's church is 4 times smaller than the London venue of the 'Ghost Stories' tour. Unlike many tour concerts of 2014, this show will be available to listen to via BBC Radio 1. The concert will take place at St John's church in Hackey, London (E5 0PD).

Coldplay's lead singer revealed that the band will perform "4 new songs and 8 old ones" at their forthcoming Tidal concert, this Friday.

Chris appeared on U.S. radio station, KROQ hosted by Kevin and Bean. We've seen some hilarious interviews involving the DJ's and they continued to share the laughs in their latest discussion! It was an interview worth listening to but we didn't pick up many facts, that weren't already mentioned in previous radio appearances of late.

One of the intriguing pieces of 'AHFOD' info we did pick up was, 'Adventure Of A Lifetime' is the only disco song on the album. We of course learnt that Coldplay will be performing "4 new songs" at this Friday's concert, hosted by KROQ. We're expecting 'AOAL' and 'Amazing Day' to appear, which leaves room for two brand new songs on the night! These will be backed up eight old tunes / classics.

The split of Oasis and the Gallagher brothers was one of the subjects discussed and Chris thought that shuffling the line up of the band may have contributed towards their split. He mentioned his love of the classic Britpop band and again referenced Noel's guitar solo on 'A Head Full Of Dreams'. He also spoke of the chemistry in a band being the a vital asset and used U2 as the ultimate example.

Another recent interview we haven't posted yet. No new information but Chris talks about working with Beyonce and Noel Gallagher and responding once more to media rumours of a 'last album'.

Coldplay will perform at a special BBC concert and tickets will go on sale next Monday!

The concert will take place on Thursday 3rd December, one day before the release of the band's seventh album, 'A Head Full Of Dreams'.

The venue of the concert is St John’s Church in Hackney, London. The British four piece performed a charity gig at the same venue, a few years back and according to Radio 1 DJ, Annie Mac, it will provide the perfect intimate setting for the band to showcase their new songs:

No doubt that many of us will be doing our best to grab a pair of tickets! A word of warning though - It will be difficult!

If we compare the 'Ghost Stories' show in London (Royal Albert Hall) to this BBC concert, there were just under 5,000 seats available at the RAH but for this BBC concert, there are just over 1,000! Many of us are familiar with the ticket chaos of last year and competition will even more fierce this time round. If your lucky enough to grab a pair, awesome! If you can't, you won't be alone. BBC usually stream their concerts and you can join many of us on the community forums for the event. We wish you the best of luck!

An extended version of British television show, TFI Friday aired this evening and an additional Coldplay song was expected to be shown but we were treated to THREE extra songs instead!

The band played a 5 second teaser of 'Clocks' on the regular edition, yesterday evening, so the Coldplay classic was expected to appear and that it did, in thunderous style, as the third tune on the set. 'Adventure Of A Lifetime', receiving it's live debut kicked-off proceedings. We mentioned in the previous TFI article that Chris Martin appeared to be shaking off some rust during 'AOAL' but that seemed to have worn off when they transitioned onto their second ever performance of 'Amazing Day', which was much more powerful than the first effort at the Global Citizen Festival and met with rapturous applause in the community. The catalyst of 'Ghost Stories Live', 'A Sky Full Of Stars' brought the impressive performance to a halt.

A new Coldplay tour could take place from "Early Next Year", according to lead guitarist, Jonny Buckland. The band were in the BBC Radio 1 studios with Nick Grimshaw, as they celebrated the release of their new single, 'Adventure Of A Lifetime'.

The band visited the BBC Radio 2 studios for the first play of the new single, where Chris talked about early band experiences such as a Leeds festival appearance, in which they were asked to perform before the audience arrived! The guys then moved onto the Radio 1 recording room, where they spoke about their upcoming tour plans & more.

Following on from The Sun reporting that Coldplay will headline Glastonbury 2016, Chris appeared to give signals, suggesting just that and calling Glastonbury their "spiritual home" but there was no confirmation from the beaming frontman.

On the subject of touring, the pair of Chris and Jonny stated their intention to tour quite soon and joked, 'we'd have to book village halls as the arena's would be booked'.

'A Head Full Of Dreams' was always planned for the end of the year, according to the Devon-born lead singer:

Coldplay will join the bill for 2015's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball. The festive event will take place in London on Saturday 5th December, one day after the release of 'A Head Full Of Dreams'.

Coldplay collected their second award of the year today, as the band were announced as winners of the 'Best Rock' act at the MTV EMA Award's. The award was voted for by fans, so we can all give ourselves a pat on the back (if you voted!). The award ceremony was held in Milan this year and streamed in 360-degree virtual reality for the first time!

Their first award win of the year was for 'Ghost Stories', which won 'Best Rock Album' at the Billboard Awards. That occasion was the first time Coldplay hadn't gone home empty handed in a few years. With seventh album, 'A Head Full Of Dreams' on the way soon, Chris, Jonny, Will and Guy could be adding further to their awards cabinet.

Reactions To Coldplay's Win

Frontman of Coldplay, Chris Martin celebrated the 80th birthday of Glastonbury founder, Michael Eavis the other night, as the Devonshire born singer belted out his rendition of 'I Feel Good". Mr Evis was certainly feeling that way, as Chris bounced around the stage next to him!

This comes a week after The Sun reported that Coldplay will be headlining Glastonbury 2016 and with Coldplay's lead singer celebrating with Glasto's organiser, this will only solidify their announcement.

According to The Sun, Coldplay will headling Glastonbury 2016. If they do, it will be their fourth time they will headline the Worthy Farm festival.

The Sun are well connected to sources at Glastonbury but we will wait on official confirmation, which will hopefully come soon!

But I can now tick off another of the three main acts for Worthy Farm next year — COLDPLAY.

And they will make history in the process. The band, led by CHRIS MARTIN, will headline at the festival for a record FOURTH time after previously turning out in 2002, 2005 and 2011.

After last year’s festival, boss’s daughter Emily Eavis, who will take over the show when he eventually retires, said they had already tied up 2016’s top acts.

She said: “We’ve got three headliners for next year, so that’s completely sorted. We’re in a really good position in that respect because it means we can now focus on the rest of the bill.”

The only matter remaining is who takes the hallowed Saturday night slot. My money’s on ADELE."

New lyrics on the shirt of singer, Chris Martin have caused speculation among Coldplay fans. The words, 'The falling' appear on the front end of his sweaty garment during the band's recent Global Citizen Festival appearance, while it appears to continue on the backend with 'of snow'.

'The Falling Of Snow' could be a song title or a lyric. One of the theories, which has just been brought up was a reference to President Snow, a character in the Hunger Games Movie. The successful trilogy is approaching the final film installment, 'Mockingjay - Part 2' and will be released in cinemas next month. Coldplay have previously been a part of The Hunger Games soundtrack with 'Atlas' in 2013, to a degree of success but will history repeat itself?

Other theories include a Christmas song, an ode to Jon Snow from Game Of Thrones or the more predictable option of been part of forthcoming album, 'A Head Full Of Dreams'.

16th October 2015 update: The auction on the limited edition prints ended at the start of this week and we have the results of the eBay auction for you!

The two large canvas prints were sold for £170 and £207.70 and the small ones went for £83, £81 and £83. That makes a total of £624.70!!! Congratulations to the auction winners, including Mike/@awardchris from our team (who purchased a small print)! We hope the funds raised from this will make a massive difference in the fight against Breast Cancer.

There are five limited edition canvas prints on auction, from Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto album.

The two larger ones are signed by Coldplay band members, the three smaller ones are not signed. The prints designed by the artist Paris were very kindly donated by Coldplay to raise money for a local breast cancer charity, so every penny made from their sale will go to into Taunton Osna Charitable Trust, Registered Charity No.1152994.

The prints are being sold individually and are safely wrapped in the packaging they arrived in from America, so a frame is not included.
