You may remember Coldplaying.com was involved in a campaign on 6th April 2006, courtesy of Coldplaying member jbarry5503, to distribute 12000 'USA Loves Coldplay' flyers at the Wachovia Center, Philadelphia, PA, during the final US Twisted Logic show last year.

Coldplay had been a favourite in jbarry5503's house for several years and their three-year-old daughter was also a big fan. Tragically their young daughter died this week from Acute Liver Failure and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The two illnesses took her in a matter of days. It happened so suddenly and as you can imagine they are absolutely devastated. Her parents had promised to take her to a Coldplay show on their next tour. Now she will be able to look down from heaven and experience them all.

Even in their darkest hour they have found comfort through the music of Coldplay. Please keep Ryan in your thoughts... you can view a tribute video of her at http://www.zaniac.net/RyansTribute.htm. If you would like to read about her story please visit www.caringbridge.org/visit/ryanmarie.

Here was jbarry5503's review of the night :

Well I can't believe it's over. Several weeks ago I had an idea to try to do something special on the last night of the US leg of the CP tour...to say thank you and to show the guys how much their music means to their fans in the US. In the end I met some great people who showed great committment and determination to help my idea come to life. To the friends I have made I say a big thank you for your efforts...I think we accomplished what we set out to do. As the final note of Fix You rang out, Chris thank the crowd for giving them the best job in the world and said “thank you for the brilliant flyers”. As they made their way to the center of the stage to give their final bow in the US for several years, Chris took a sign and tore it up into individual words and gave it to Will, Guy and Johnny re-ordering the sign to say “Coldplay Loves USA” it was wonderful. See a video of that
