Well, I read a response from Debs to a question someone asked about it on the official site. I think they're boggled that it managed to get out. She also said they have absolutely no plans of re-releasing it. I'm not sure they're actually upset, just a little surprised. But I could be wrong.

I don't think either one is a B-side. I'm pretty sure it was just a demo tape they recorded to send to different record labels.
