Gwyneth Paltrow is planning on having an underwater birth. The actress, 33, and husband Coldplay singer Chris Martin, 28, have already paid for birthing pools to be delivered to their homes in London and New York.
Their second child is due in May. Paltrow wanted an underwater birth for Apple, 20 months, but backed out at the last minute. A friend said: "It's something Gwyneth really wanted to do for her first birth but she didn't feel confident enough. This time she's more than ready for an underwater birth - she's done loads of research. It will be very special and spiritual."
Yoga teacher Leela Miller told Reveal magazine she has been helping the actress through her morning sickness.
