Aniston Credits Coldplay For Therapy After Pitt Split

jenniferaniston.jpgFormer ‘Friends’ star Jennifer Aniston has revealed that regular yoga sessions helped her purge herself of the trauma she suffered following her divorce from actor Brad Pitt.

She says that working with celebrity trainer Mandy Ingber, she developed a routine that helped her bring her mind and body back in shape. According to Self magazine, Aniston said that she had "emotions she needed to move" before starting yoga, adding, "I was in need of being scooped up."

She also gave credit to musicians like Seal, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, and Alicia Keys, whose tunes inspired her while doing yoga. "I was crying through moves. It's good to get that stuff out. You feel like you're having a therapy session," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
