Rachel has been caring for babies for over 30 years and has a strong belief in a flexible routine: "Your baby has a right to be loved, nurtured and cared for, but not to believe that he will always be the centre of the universe," she says. "I do know after 30 years of experience that babies make better eaters, sleepers and much easier toddlers if they have some kind of structure."
Miss Paltrow and Coldplay front man Chris Martin hired her after the birth of their first child, Apple, and again after their second, Moses, who was born in March.
