Chris Martin has paid tribute to the Grecians at Exeter City ahead of the club's victory parade through the city following their promotion in the English football league. Chris, who grew up in Whitestone, near Exeter, says he is delighted with City's achievement.
Chris, whose parents still live in Devon, has written a blog on the Coldplay.com heaping praise on the club. Under the heading: Chris's Hometown Club Wins Second Successive Promotion, Chris wrote: "We just wanted to congratulate Exeter City on their fantastic achievement of winning promotion to League One."
