Video Hits has hit the big time, scooping their music TV rivals - the world over - with an exclusive interview with Coldplay's Chris Martin.

 

Currently living the life on assignment in Los Angeles, co-host Nathan Sapsford scored the hit of his career with the promo chat for the band's new album Viva La Vida. While Martin is married to one of the world's most desirable women, Gwyneth Paltrow, it was Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue that he wanted to talk about.

 

"You could just be on a bus with Kylie and you would have fun," Martin said, confirming the band are recording a song with the diminutive diva for their next album. The lovefest for all things local continued, with Guy Berryman gushing the band watch Channel 10 when in Australia, confessing to being huge Neighbours fans. A trip to Ramsay St when they tour next year, anyone?
