Coldplaying's 8th Fantasy Premier League finished last weekend, and it's congratulations to team I am the Scout managed by Marc Paul who finished top with a whopping 2283 points. Runner-up was Athletic Waldaz FC managed by Walter Randazzo, just 11 points adrift. Last year's runner-up PROMIX FC finished in third place this year (maybe next season, promix!) Last year's winning manager, zeddy zeddy, finished in a disappointing 53rd place with his team MAMAIN MAIN FC, performing like they had one eye on their summer holidays.
Also a special mention this year to Alwan Azhari who's Red Dragons team propped up the whole league, collecting just 687 points for the whole season, to finish last and win the wooden spoon. The full table is below.
We had a record number of entrants for the season just finished - 452 teams - well done and thanks to all the managers who took part. Look out for the new Coldplaying IX league sometime in June/July when the Premier League refreshes their official website ahead of the new 2013-2014 season.
