nmeawards2008a.jpgVoting has now opened for the 2008 Shockwaves NME Awards and this year, there's four brand new categories including Best Band Blog, Best Music Blog, Best Album Artwork and Best Dancefloor Filler.

 

Fans can now vote for their favourite bands and artists. These votes will determine a shortlist, to be voted on again on the 29th January. The winners will then be revealed at an all-star ceremony on 28th February 2008 at London's IndigO2 venue.

 

This year Chris Martin is up for NME's sexiest male award. Vote for Chris here. You can also vote for Coldplaying[dotcom] in the Best Band Blog category.
