Ash release 'Slashed' movie footage starring Chris Martin & Jonny Buckland

slashed2.jpgBack in 2002 Ash made headlines with a DIY slasher movie they filmed on a camcorder whilst on tour. The film featured cameos from likes of Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland from Coldplay and the Foo Fighters Dave Grohl.

 

Written by Jed Shepherd, it was never completed and was stored away like the Ark. With their A- Z single series ongoing Ash decided to dig it out it of their archive and compiled a 5 minute version - featuring Coldplay and Charlotte Hatherley - to use as an alternative video for current single Binary - letter Q in the series - and released this week.
