This week's album chart has a definite Brit Award flavour, with the entire top 10 made up of winners and nominees, reports Virgin.com.
British Breakthrough Act winners Arctic Monkeys stay at number one for the fourth week running with 'Whatever People Say I Am That's What I'm Not', while triple winners Kaiser Chiefs jump five places from seven to two with 'Employment'.
James Blunt, KT Tunstall, Jack Johnson and Coldplay all enjoyed strong sales after picking up awards while there was a new entry for The Jam, fronted by Brit Outstanding Contribution winner Paul Weller. Brit nominees Gorillaz, Will Young and Kelly Clarkson also remain in the top 10, despite failing to win anything on Wednesday night.
