Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has hit out at the music industry, insisting "proper" music is no longer held in high regard.
The Yellow singer has criticised the trend for mobile phone ringtones of chart tunes, insisting it is killing the current music scene.
He says, "All that matters in music today is that your song becomes a ringtone."
