Coldplay announce their ELEVENTH festival date for 2011: Heineken Jammin' festival, Italy (June 9)

festival.jpgColdplay have today announced yet another festival headline slot of 2011 with the news that they are to play this year's Heineken Jammin' Festival in San Giuliano Park, Venice, Italy on June 9th. This brings the total number of 2011 festivals that Coldplay will play thus far to ELEVEN, still with a possible confirmation of Glastonbury to come. The confirmed festivals are spread two continents and ten countries (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, France, Portugal, Spain and Brazil!)

 

Here's what Anchorman had to say earlier: We're pleased to announce that Coldplay are returning to Italy to headline this year's Heineken Jammin' Festival on Thursday 9th June. The festival takes place in Venice's San Giuliano Park. Tickets cost 55 Euros for one day or 150 Euros for the full three days. They go on sale on Thursday 17th February from ticketone.it.
