Coldplay Confirmed For Main Square Festival, France - 2nd July 2009

arrasthmb.jpgIt was rumoured yesterday on Blogspot that Coldplay would be headlining the Main Square Festival in France - today is has been confirmed by the official site, making this the first of three festival dates in three consecutive days in early July, following on from the announced Werchter and Roskilde festivals (on 3rd & 4th July respectively). Here's Anchorman with more details on the Main Square date:

 

Good evening. We're pleased to announce that Coldplay are to perform at the Main Square Festival in Arras, northern France on Thursday 2nd July. Tickets go on sale on February 5th at 10am. For more info, see mainsquarefestival.fr.
