Coldplay have two new entries in this week's US singles top 40 charts. The title track 'Viva La Vida' signs in at 15, becoming the highest new entry of the week, while 'Violet Hill' debuts at 40.
Coldplay's album "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" recently went up for pre-order from Apple's iTunes store, and those who made the pledge for the album got immediate access to the title track. Viva La Vida (individual track), is now available for purchase on iTunes at a price of €0.99. The single recently shot to the #5 spot on iTunes Top 10 Songs.
Meanwhile, Veteran musician Neil Diamond made history in topping the US album charts this week.
