Beth Ditto and Coldplay had to fit in around each other at Air Studios in London's Hampstead after both wanted to use the same room, it has been revealed by The Mirror.
As of yet, no official release date has been set for Coldplay's fourth album. However, according to the February 2008 issue of Q Magazine, the album is slated for release in either May or June of 2008. In addition, several online retail websites have begun listing the new album with a May release date. It has been quoted as "the album people will remember them by" as well as a concise record "with at least two top-division songs being released independently.
On December 6, a post appeared on Coldplay.com suggesting that although the album is nearly finished recording, 'the creative momentum keeps on gathering', with the article also mentioning the band are down to the last few songs and suggesting the title of a new song, 'Lost'. The article was signed 'Prospekt', strengthing rumours that the forthcoming album will be titled Prospekt.
