WKRQ will host the 2nd Annual Bosom Ball, a night of music to benefit the American Cancer Society and its' Reach to Recovery program, on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at The Madison Theater in Covington.

Featured artists to include Teddy Geiger, Stefy, Josh Hoge and Saving Jane. Tickets are just $10 with all proceeds going to Reach to Recovery and the American Cancer Society. Buy your tickets at The Madison Theater Box Office and on-line at http://www.wkrq.com . Doors open at 7pm with music starting at 8pm.

"This will be a fun way to help us spread awareness and raise money for breast cancer research and patient services," said Meredith Niemeyer, Regional Vice President for the American Cancer Society in Southwest Ohio. "The survival rate for breast cancer is 98% when it's detected early, so we're very thankful that Q102 is helping us to encourage women to get checked."

"We're very proud that 100% of ticket sales will go directly to the American Cancer Society. Even the artists are donating their time," said Patti Marshall, Q102's Program Director.

In addition to the music there will be a silent auction to raise additional money. The auction will feature autographed items from Pink, Coldplay, James Blunt, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Rudy Johnson and much more!
