Coldplay to play in Tel Aviv, Israel in late September?

coldplayitalyballoon1.jpgRumours are sweeping the internet about Coldplay coming to Israel this September. This comes not long after Chilean media sources predicting that Coldplay will return to play in South America in November.

There is a long-standing campaign, including online petitions, to bring Coldplay to Israel where they have a huge fanbase. Now Israeli radio sources (Good Morning Israel) are suggesting that they will be playing there for the first time in late September.

If the rumours are true, the group will play in Hayarkon Park, Tel Aviv, on September 30th. They will possibly be playing in Israel in the same month of Leonard Cohen and Madonna. We'll keep you posted on this but in the meantime you can discuss the latest on this at the Coldplay Live forum here onwards[thanks sharono]
