Coldplay, the Gorillaz and Natasha Bedingfield are among the nominees for this year's BT Digital Music Awards (DMAs).
The annual event for UK-signed artists recognizes cutting-edge music entertainment delivered through the latest digital technology.
Thirteen of the 18 DMA award winners are decided by fans, who cast their votes online.
Coldplay is nominated for three awards including Best Rock Artist, Best Music Community, and Best Single for "Speed of Sound."
In the Best Single category, Coldplay faces competition from the Gorillaz, U2, James Blunt, Stereophonics and McFly. Gorillaz also scored a nomination for Best Dance Artist.
In the Best Pop category, Natasha Bedingfield faces off against James Blunt, KT Tunstall, Goldfrapp and Turin Brakes. Bedingfield is also nominated for Best Performance.
The 2005 DMA winners will be announced during a UK-televised ceremony in London today, October 18th.
