Following our recent postings linking Coldplay with a open air concert date on September 10th, 2009 at Goffertpark in Nijmegen, LiveNation have confirmed the date and readied themselves to release full sale tickets on Friday 5th December at 10am local time. The Goffertpark is a communal park in the city of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Along with a swimingpool (Goffertbad), a soccer-stadium (de Goffert) and a school, this park is host to several open-air events such as Coldplay's next year. Coldplay looked likely to play Goffertpark in Nijmegen on 10 September 2009, following news from a Dutch TV commercial plugging Coldplay's album.
