    Q. Hey Oracle, did Charlie Brown leak? I heard an instrumental in this football thing and a fuller version with vocals in this trailer for some tv show. Was it leased legally?

    The Oracle replies:

It wasn't "leaked". Charlie Brown is being used as a sound bed on tv at the moment but that can't be done without having the full approved version and license to use it.

    Q. Where was the music video for Speed of Sound filmed? It has to be one of the best sets of all of Coldplay's music videos.

    The Oracle replies:

There is an accurate paragraph about the video here.

    Q. I saw a track listing for Mylo Xyloto on someone's Facebook wall. It looked very legitimate. Is it possibly the real thing?

    The Oracle replies:

I've seen it myself doing the rounds but it's not official so it's best to just ignore it.

    Q. Hey, Mr. Oracle. How's your summer been? I was just wondering if the MX on the newpaper, was a hint to the name of the album, when Coldplay changed their look for the website? Did they know that was what they were going to call it from the start? Lots of love, Kristin.

    The Oracle replies:

There are no coincidences with how the website design looked/looks/will look; every single thing is planned to fit in with themes, ideas and titles. From the fluorescent colour to the MX on the newspaper it was all designed with the new album in mind. So, to answer your question, yes, they did know from the start and a whole lot longer than that.

    Q. I'm finally about to get a dog and I want to name it after something Coldplay related. What do you think about naming my dog Mylo? If not, do you have any other suggestions?

    The Oracle replies:

I think Mylo is a great name for a dog. Actually it's a pretty good name for any pet which is quite a rare thing I find...

    Q. Dear Oracle, Was the Rock am Ring performance the only one that include Princess of China?

    The Oracle replies:

Coldplay actually performed Princess of China live at Rock im Park, not Rock am Ring. Its live debut was at the family & friends show back in May at London's Forum so it's only had two outings.

    Q. Dear Oracle, from last Friday no update! :) so I checked if you in UK have a bank holiday today as you are not working today and yes, you have! :) I was just wondering why last Monday of August is a bank holiday - I'm too lazy to search for this on the Internet, so please if you don't have more interesting questions - explain :) Greeting from Slovakia, Rudy

    The Oracle replies:

It used to be the first Monday in August but was changed to the last. Bank holidays were named after banks closed for a day's trade. The reasons we have them differ from religious reasons to others. The August one apparently started when banks closed so that staff could attend cricket matches. They moved it and it now pretty much signifies the end of the summer* holidays. *Summer, what's that?
