coldplaynme.jpgGirls Aloud will reportedly serve as an opening act for Coldplay's live concert at London's Wembley Stadium. If the rumor is true, the all's girl group will take the Wembley's stage alongside the "Viva La Vida" hitmakers on September 19, 2009.

 

"Coldplay are huge pop fans. They love Take That and all the mainstream chart stuff," a source told The Sun. "Girls Aloud are the ideal support group. They will get the Wembley crowd worked up into a frenzy before the main attraction. Chris Martin is a fan and had them on his wishlist from the start of tour plans."
