Liam Gallagher: Coldplay Makes Me Want To Top Myself

Mouthy Mancunian Liam Gallagher finds the sensitivity of Chris Martin's songwriting too much for his heart strings - admitting he'd surely slit his wrists if he listened to Coldplay. Or maybe it's just because he can't stand them; it's a tricky one.

Anyway, after rocking up last week to Jean Christophe Novelli's Hell's Kitchen for his free eats (and dutifully puking it straight back up again) the simian Oasis frontman was asked if he'd be joining his brother Noel at Coldplay's secret MTV gig on Wednesday.

To which he rolled back his sleeves and replied in a typically erudite manner, "Do you see razor blade marks? That's what you'd see if I'd been to see them."
