osheaga1.jpgColdplay have been confirmed by the organisers as headliners for this year's Osheaga Music and Arts Festival in Montreal on 1st August 2009, just a day before they play the recently announced All Points West Festival in New Jersey.

 

The Osheaga Music and Arts Festival is a two-day rock festival in Montreal, Quebec, that is held annually at Parc Jean-Drapeau on Île Sainte-Hélène in September. The 2006 festival attracted a crowd of around 25,000 people. The second edition was held on September 8 and 9, 2007. The 2009 edition is scheduled for July 30 - August 2.
