The Abbey Road competition is closed over at coldplay.com and the lucky winners have been notified. The special event takes place this evening (Monday 13th) so check back tomorrow for a full report. Radio 2 will be taping the performance which will be broadcast at a later date. A reminder that Chris Martin will also be on Radio 1 tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

Coldplay are to play an exclusive concert for Radio Two to be broadcast live by the BBC station. The Parlophone act have agreed to perform at the BBC Radio Theatre in London on Saturday, August 30 when they will perform tracks from their current album Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends as well as other material.
