Coldplay's Chris Martin has teamed with Ash on a cover of a Buzzcocks song for a horror movie.   The song is 'Everybody's Happy Nowadays' and was recorded for the zombie flick Shaun of the Dead. Chris Martin made a surprise appearance at a pub charity gig in London last night. His mate Hot Fuzz actor, Simon Pegg, had put on a benefit night at the Boogaloo in Highgate, north London. The gig was organised by comedian Simon Pegg as a tribute to former landlord John Parkhouse who passed away. Last night at a fundraiser event for New York's Robin Hood charity, Chris joined the legend that is Stevie Wonder on stage.   He sang with him on Stevie's classic track "Superstition". The benefit was held at the Jacob Javits cente and raised funds to target poverty in NYC.   Two years ago the charity auctioned off the chance to join Coldplay on stage at Madison Square Gardens on 13th June 2003.
