coldplay8.jpgFive years ago a little-known UK band took to the stage at Metropolis City to entertain a crowd of less than 2000. Friday night's concert was a different story.

 

Since then Coldplay have developed in leaps and bounds. Literally. While most of those at the 2001 show were impressed by the depth of the songs and the obvious musicianship, the performance lacked lustre and energy.

 

The same could not be said of Coldplay's dynamic performance in front of a 16,500 capacity crowd at Burswood Dome last night. (Friday July 7).
