Reminder: Coldplay On Radio 1 Tonight

Coldplay have been talking to Radio1's Zane Lowe and told him they think everyone hates them. Listen to Zane's show tonight at 7pm for the full interview. Click here for details on the announcement and links to listen live on the interweb.

Demand for tickets for their new tour was so high they've now added an extra date in Glasgow on 2nd July. Despite this, Chris still isn't sure that people will want to see them.

"I think we've been away for so long now and the only public feedback we get is tabloid gossip, which is generally vitriolic. So at this point we feel so unpopular and so out of the loop. The only people we've met who have anything to do with Coldplay have been in our faces and trying to take our picture, who generally don't like us.

"So to me it seems surreal that we're going to play concerts again because I haven't met anyone who likes us for two years. Quite where these people are going to come from, I'm not sure. But I hope they're out there somewhere."
