Embrace frontman Danny McNamara is planning to buy a house in Edinburgh.
The singer revealed his plans to fans during the band's recent gig at the Corn Exchange. Embrace have frequently claimed that Scotland is their favourite place to play. In between songs at the Corn Exchange on Friday, Danny said: "We love it here. Our gigs are sold out, our records go to number one. In fact, next year I'm going to buy a house here in Edinburgh."
Embrace are enjoying the finest period of their career. Gravity, a song by Coldplay's Chris Martin, scored the band their first number one and they were recently chosen to record this summer's England World Cup song.
