X&Y 2005 || LP4 2008 - Date Comparision (Note the one exactly three years ago)

We're still looking for that elusive new album release date and new summer tour dates for both Europe and the US. All the dates this time round can be compared to 6/6/05, which of course was when X&Y was let loose.

Here are just a few important dates from three years ago. By this time in 2005 Coldplay had announced all their summer tour dates and had already played a secret gig in London, and were half way through their set at The Troubadour. And that was all for a June 6th release.

So, by our reckoning, if Coldplay were to release LP4 on May 19th (in the same timespan as X&Y), they would have had to announce it nearly three weeks ago.
