Coldplay in Japan - Ghost Stories tour
As we near to the penultimate venue in Sydney on June 19th of the Ghost Stories tour, Coldplay completed a marvelous show for screaming Japanese Coldplay fans today in the electric Dome City Hall in Tokyo. Those who listened to the live stream earlier would of heard the insane atmosphere of thousands of screaming fans, which made it sound like a stadium tour, rather than the intimate tour it actually is!Setlist

The setlist Coldplay performed in Japan was exactly the same as the Casino De Paris gig recently which included the rare appearance of Green Eyes with a slightly different arrangement! A more 'bromantic' edge to the song of two best friends, Chris and Jonny! Chris' vocal performance was noticeably not as sharp but it didn't stop him and the guys putting on a magnificent show with God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, Viva La Vida and Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall among the top crowd pleasers on the night in Japan!Online reactions
Chris Martin showed his appreciation on Twitter for the Japanese Coldplayers, shortly after the show ended.Thank you to all of our amazing audience in Tokyo today.
We love playing here.
Thank you so much! CM

A keen Coldplay fan (b_s_g1985 we believe) who was 'instagramming' during the Tokyo gig itself, posted Guy playing the laser harp during Midnight.Atlasproject/@Coldplayatlas on Twitter posted their usual stream of useful videos and photos from the gig with big credit again for b_s_g1985. The one below was re-tweeted by Coldplay's official page and the quote was from Chris himself, admiring the Japanese style!A Sky Full of Stars with amazing people with amazing haircuts #ColdplayTokyo pic.twitter.com/WdYTyoVhUv

And to finish off with the crowd going wild to Charlie Brown!
