New Coldplay material as soon as November?!!

November 24th, according to @DomenicaMena on Twitter (thanks @ColdplayAtlas) is the date to which Coldplay are 'confirmed' to be promoting music, coinciding with the planned return of U2 and Adele. Mila Fürstová stated on Twitter that True Love is the final single from Ghost Stories. There are suggestions based on this of new Coldplay material on the way, with a surprise seventh album as a possibility! A stand-alone single or a release similar to Prospekt's March is more likely though. Either way, Coldplay are set to end the year with a bang!

Ghost Stories promo schedule

Earlier this week, Coldplay revealed the Mila Fürstová inspired artwork for True Love. The date on the official Coldplay website is set at '18th August' for the third single off Ghost Stories. Whether this is the date for the official video or a single release itself is unknown but with the Chris Martin solo show later and Coldplay at the iHeart Radio music festival in September to look forward to, there are still many events to come in the Ghost Stories saga before this apparent promotion.

The official video for True Love is directed by Jonas Åkerlund, the same director as the Magic video and it will be on our screens soon!

Meanwhile...in New York

Chris Martin, who has a planned solo show later tonight (exact details unknown), has been doing the rounds across New York radio stations, with the visit of satellite radio station, Sirius XM where Chris was singing Clocks earlier on. We will hear the amazing rendition from this Saturday, 9am EST. There are a cluster of interviews around the Big Apple involving Mr Martin and the best place to keep up with these as they happen is on the forum thread.A particular upcoming performance/interview to tell you about is with Elvis Duran tomorrow! Certainly won't be a dull interview like at the iHeart Radio album release party where the charismatic presenter found out the interesting nugget of information from Chris that Jonny Buckland is the foul mouthed member of Coldplay!
