    Q. Hello Oracle, Sorry but in the Every Teardrop is a Waterfall I keep on hearing 'I'd rather be a comma than a fullstop' am I going crazy or does it actually say that? If i'm not going crazy why? WHY SO RANDOM? Thanks in Advance, Sophie

    The Oracle replies:

It's one of my favourite lyrics on the whole album and the second I heard it, it jumped out at me and I agreed and decided I too would rather be a comma than a full stop. It's a metaphor and to me is anything but random - fits perfectly. Who'd want to stop when you can pause?

    Q. Dear Oracle, Who is the guy in this picture between Lady Gaga and Guy? Also, are any of the Coldplay band members likely to join twitter? Thanks, Saakshi

    The Oracle replies:

The guy is another Guy - Guy Garvey from the band Elbow. I doubt very much the band members will ever tweet via a personal account.

    Q. Would any members of Coldplay ever consider of going any shows such as Big Brother or going round the Top Gear Track?

    The Oracle replies:

I could definitely see one of the guys putting their foot down taking on the Top Gear lap challenge - I think they'd all fair well. As for Big Brother et al. that would NEVER happen. They may watch the odd reality show but they wouldn't want to be in one. Yes, they're known but they don't consider themselves celebrities. Though some of the celebrities who take part aren't celebrities either... Ouch!

    Q. Dear Oracle! Can you say me who drew the lovely Christmas greetings? Thank You!

    The Oracle replies:

    Chris drew it.

    Q. What kind of sticks does Will use, and how has he been taping them on the MX tour? Thanks!

    The Oracle replies:

Will uses Pro Mark 5b American Hickory wood tips and gets through 4 or 5 per show but I have no idea how they're taped - sorry!

    Q. I was looking through the pictures of Coldplay at the Palace of Auburn Hills and I noticed something: In the pictures, Danielle took one of Chris at the piano, and one from Lindsay A has Chris at a differently painted piano. Does he usually use two or is it somehow the same one?

    The Oracle replies:

Carly A took a clearer shot of the same piano as in the photo by Lindsay A but as you noticed they are different to the photo taken by Danielle. I'm guessing you didn't see the MX Tour? There were 3 stages: the main stage, the X stage and C stage. Carly & Lindsay's photo is of the X stage and Danielle's is of the main stage. There has to be a keyboard/piano at each of these hence them being painted differently.

I'm more fascinated by the fact you didn't mention the different colour t-shirt Chris is wearing in those two photos...

    Q. Hey Oracle, Who's that guy standing next to Chris in that photo in Brooklyn? I've also seen him in the Coldplay Live 2012 with Chris on the golf cart riding to the c-stage. Thanks, Sven

    The Oracle replies:

That's Kelly who you will have seen before as he's what's known in the game as "Artist Security". He keeps the guys safe, escorts them and basically is a bit like Kevin Costner in The Bodyguard.

    Q. Dear Oracle, When the robot in the Talk music video wakes up (2:22), it looks like there's text at the bottom of the video. It's covered by the playback bar so I can't read what it is. Would you, in your infinite wisdom, know what this says? Thanks, Faiz

    The Oracle replies:

The text is the lyrics with the words running in the correct order from left to right but each word is backwards. It says: LLEW I LEEF EKIL ER'YEHT GNIKLAT NI, A EGAUGNAL I T'NOD KAEPS, DNA ER'YEHT GNIKLAT TI OT EM. Which of course is: Well I fell like they're talking in a language I don't speak and they're talking it to me.

    Q. Hi! On the very beautifully drawn Christmas well-wishing card from Coldplay, who is the person in Jonny's thought bubble? With a 'P' on him? Happy New Year!

    The Oracle replies:

When Anchorman first showed me that photo I must have been on a go slow not to immediately realize that it's P for Phil!
