    Coldplay Announce More North American Tour Dates

    American fans of Coldplay nearly dropped their phones when they were checking their twitter feed. This message was posted from the band's official twitter account on Wednesday.



    In the message, an animated gif shows a hot air balloon making its way across the United States spanning from the west coast to the Great Lakes. It would appear that the balloon marked the areas that the band would soon visit.


    The tweet mentioned that news would be coming within the week. But who knew that it would actually be a days wait before Coldplay would announce new US tour dates! In a post by the Anchorman on Coldplay.com, they listed the following dates:

    Coldplay are currently on the first leg of their tour in South America. Afterwards they will head over to Europe starting with a show in France.
