That should make that homosexual couples have the same right than the other couples..... but it isn't so... :angry: the adoption isn't allowed for us... well it's juridical forbidden... and they can't take the same name.. just apprend after the own name. In switzerland this law is going to be aktiv on 1 January 2007 so is the law in Switzerland. I dunno if it is different in other lands with compartnerships
