Ah, I believe this is quite the geniune bullshit. If he REALLY wrote these songs, he would've sued about TEN years ago. He's just probably desperate, and an attention whore. With Statriani's case, he had something, this guy's COMPLETELY unknown! As if they're gonna know who the hell this guy is. I sure don't! *pardon rant, I was really in disbelief and just kinda pissed. Illogical people tend to do that to me*
