I can't download any files put on Rapidshare. Anyone help me or give me instructions on what to do when I click the link?

go to the bottom of the page, choose "free", then go to the bottom of the page again. It should either give you a message like "download ticket reserved", or "too many downloaders" In the second case, you're probably out of luck, but try again later.
