eFestivals.co.uk remains confident that the headliner for the Saturday of Glastonbury 2005 will be Coldplay, and that U2 will not be playing.   Coldplay are known to be currently putting the arrangements together for a series of shows around the UK for the summer, thought to include a date in London in late June, and two shows at Balloch Park on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland on 2nd and 3rd of July.

Coldplay are rumoured to be kicking off their next tour in South America, after their 2013 cancellations. Rumours of Coldplay concerts in Brazil have been popping up over the last few days. In March 2006, Coldplay’s Air Canada Centre show in Toronto was filmed in HD quality by more than 20 cameras. Director Hamish Hamilton has now crafted the footage into a 60-minute film which is being shown by TV stations across the globe (billed by some as ‘Coldplay - How We Saw The World’). We've just been given some more TV transmission times for the live film which was made at Coldplay's Toronto show in March 2006.   Canal J in France will be showing the gig on Saturday, Feb 24th and Friday, March 2nd. Meanwhile, Israel's Network Live has the film available on its on-demand HOT VOD cable channel now. A reminder that the UK's Channel 4 is airing it on Sunday, Feb 11th at 11.50pm. Supermodel Kate Moss and pop group Coldplay have pledged their support to a safety charity set up in memory of a British woman murdered in Japan.   Moss has recorded a message for The Lucie Blackman Trust and has been seen wearing a purple wristband in support of the charity, which gives advice to young people on how to stay safe at home and abroad. Coldplay dedicated a song to the charity at the Isle of Wight Festival.   The Trust was set up after Ms Blackman, a former flight attendant from Se
