Coldplay will be on Lamacq Live on Radio 1 on Monday 30th May from 9pm. The band will live in the studio previewing tracks from X&Y.   Highlights of the bands performance from Glastonbury 2002 will also be broadcast. US comedy institution Saturday Night Live will end its 30th season on May 21 with Lindsay Lohan as host and Coldplay as the musical guest.   It will be Lohan's second appearance as host, the NBC network said. Coldplay, also making its second appearance on SNL, will perform songs from its upcoming album, X&Y, scheduled for release next month.

Coldplay will play an extended set when they appear on NBC-TV's "Saturday Night Live" on May 21.   SNL musical guests typically play two songs, but Coldplay will play five selections from their upcoming album, X&Y, due in stores June 6/7.
