It's on at 10 P.M. here in the states (eastern standard time) on VH1. Should be awesome :)

My favorite Doves album is The Last Broadcast followed by Lost Souls and then Some Cities. As great as they are, Coldplay is superior to them in my book.

The rubic cube sounds really cool as does the lyrics booklet. Lucky indeed!!

If a layered, rich, thick, sweet, lush, dark and harmonic sound is "over-produced", then I want more of it. I don't believe this album to be over-produced at all. It's sound is amazing and envelopes you. The synths sound are so rich and chill-inducing.. Oh and Swive, enough with the 'I wish it sounded like parachutes and arobtth. As i've said before their guitarist, mr. Buckland said quote about their music,"If ever we fall back on our own tricks or things we've done before, it becomes boring." Coldplay changed, I say for the better.

Been a fan since 2000 and parachutes. Coldplay are amazing and in my top 3 all time favorite bands. Still can't believe you held out till release date. I wanted to so badly but couldn't resist the leak temptation. I have no regrets though. Lovin' the album now as much as ever :D

You know, it's almost becoming cliche to bash Coldplay. Time to get a new gig ateaseweb turds!!

Also, in White Shadows when Chris does his background climbing woooooh vocal lick over his lyrics of All this noise, I'm waking up, All this space, I'm taking up, All this sound is breaking up Ohhhhhhhh, The hair on the back of my neck stands on end. It is so sublime.

Headphones do make this record pop out much more. It's good in so many ways.

Pink Floyd-Is There Anybody Out There???

Same for me racheld. I had already played the album numerous times on the leak and flipped out but now after buying it I'm digging it even more :)

A lot of those sour reviews are by people that A. Hate coldplay already and just want to fuck around or B. Don't know what it means to hear good music or C.Just aren't yet used to the new music and it will grown on them in time.
