  3. Nice! :D
  4. June 1st? isnt that whats been said round here? its nipping at the toes of being released.. :stunned:
  5. Thats rediculous.. Radiohead has been around a lot longer, and they have achieved a music that coldplay has not yet met.. and there will only be one radiohead.. thats why coldplay should and IS doing their own thing... Kid A is one of the best albums of the 00's. Period.
  6. i hope someone noticed this was sarcasm. like i've said before, it's going to appear on the 'better' networks before the lowgrade ones. I think everyone got your sarcasm.. you look like you spend 20 out of 24 hours on the internet.. so im sure you do know what ure talking about wow! 20-24 hours? thanks for the info. :D No problem..
  7. I was a fan of radiohead before coldplay.. and i see both bands differently.. and I listen to each for different reasons/moods.. etc.. I think it says more about radiohead if they feel a threat.. i mean shit.. since when did a band think that this thing could never happen? I mean honestly coldplay is a good thing.. hell, if anything.. if they are feeling like cplay is a threat.. it will at least keep rhead on their toes.. thus giving us more music..

  9. Fix You was wonderful from SNL.. great job
  10. I mean honestly, I see the resemblance of radiohead.. in terms of being inspired by them.. and somewhat The Bends flows in and out occasionally.. but I think Cplay is more than that.. and most of the general public wont see that until the full picture has been shown.. and thats years that pass.. Radiohead dont have a damn thing to worry about.. They are going in their own direction.. and seeing by what i've heard so far by X&Y.. coldplay are not heading down the Kid A path..
  11. Yep
  12. yeah.. it wouldnt hurt. at least its good to know (not that it matters) that people are able to make mp3's out of the cd's... meaning some can get by the copyright protections
  13. no no.. I meant the things that come up.. if anything comes up at all didnt mean to confuse :)
  14. so there is a silent tension between two groups?
  15. Yeah the majority I've seen are fake..
  16. yes, nice lengthy songs.. Can't wait!
  17. I saw that.. Im not sure its real
  18. alright!! so someone actually perhaps told me the truth bout this.. there are so many posers out there
  19. update.. tryin to get a mp3 from this person.. im on dial up so if they do it will take some time i gotta go up to work for a bit.. i'll b sure to let everyone know if this shit is legit.. hopefully they will send a song soon
  20. Here is there thoughts.. yall dont shit.. but they didnt like it.. they also said winmx and kazaa should have it by now.. but who knows First off, if this were a debut LP, it would be a strong record, and one I could see getting much acclaim, perhaps deservedly so. But Coldplay is now on its third major studio effort, and Martin's dominance is starting to show its incredible limitations on the band's sound. His songwriting and vocal style are getting.....predictable? Yes, very very predictable. There is certainly nothing as striking as Yellow, Clocks, In My Place, Green Eyes or Trouble on this LP. Martin seems content to play several characters: lovestruck schoolboy, heartbroken twentysomething. That worked perfectly on Coldplay, and was masked somewhat by the songcraft of A Rush Of Blood To The Head (which, I think, will probably be the best thing they ever do). On this record, they come off as a poor man's U2, continually remaking The Sweetest Thing. I don't see any growth. Chris loves making his lyrics vague enough so that everyone can relate, and he loves to put on his best lost little boy voice, but it sounds hollow now. On Yellow, it sounded sincere. The first single is pleasant enough, but I honestly was not feeling much of the rest of the album. And make no mistake, I was looking forward to this record. And, though it is "good" with respect to production and songwriting, there is nothing here to make it truly interesting or astounding. Coldplay sounds like it's churning out background music for its fans, instead of trying to move forward. Personally, I think Chris Martin is the dead end for this band.
  21. :o thats what I said too
