Politics and music have always mixed. A few comments made during an awards show doesn't bother me. I mean the Juno's DID take place on the East Coast where the contraversy is happening, I think it would be pretty ignorant for nobody to say anything. I can say the same thing about Martin at shows...I want to go to a concert to hear music, not to always have MTF shoved down my throat. I like that the artists I listen to care about stuff, if that ever changes I can go listen to Britney. Personally I find the fact that Simple Plan and Nickleback represent our music scene a little more disturbing. Just my opinion :)

I was at the show in Montreal too :) I'm looking for an extra ticket to the Ottawa show, my hometown. I wasn't able to buy tix the day they went on sale, I've been checking ebay, but they're way overpriced.

I've seen shows in 5 different cities and I have to say that Montreal has always been the loudest most enthusiastic crowd. I think the band was really feeling the love. Love the Canadiens jersey too :)

Hi guys, Is anyone going to the Montreal show on August 3d? I didn't think I would be able to go on this date because of work, but now it's freed up and I'm scrambling to find some tickets. This should be a great show, I really love the new cd.
