Been vegan for the past 3 years. Don't see that changing anytime soon. I really want to go raw/living, but I'm hesitant until I know a little bit more about the nutritional aspects of the diet (where is my B12 gonna come from if I can't eat tofu and soymilk? etc.). However, I also went to school to be a chef (graduated almost 4 months ago) and I'm going to be the Executive Chef at a new vegan/raw restaurant in Atlanta, so maybe that will inspire a little bit more to go raw/living. Who knows.
