  1. Thanks a ton guys! http://www.wrax.com/misc13852.asp FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Faisel Durrani Clear Channel Music Group Michele Clarke Brainerd Communicators, Inc. Coldplay's Chris Martin Cleared by Doctors to Sing Saturday Los Angeles - September 15, 2005 - Singer Chris Martin of Coldplay was cleared today to perform again beginning on Saturday, September 17th. After St. Louis, the group will perform in Nashville; Minneapolis; Kansas City, Missouri; Dallas; Houston; Austin; Atlanta; Virginia Beach, Virginia and Bristow, Virginia. 2. Meh ... I really don't care right now. I'm furious with no one to be furious at. Sucks to be a B'Ham ticket holder right now. :embarrased:
  3. Correct you are ... Heard why they're NOT rescheduling?
  4. St. Louis is next on the 17th. Probably get cancelled too. I would guess that the next week or two's shows are questionable at best. I wouldn't wish it on anyone ... Believe me, I feel like crap right now.
  5. Lurker for ages ... Fan of the band for much longer ... And was supposed to "pop my cherry" tomorrow night in Birmingham with my wife to see the boys live for the first time. Will the band reschedule? Can I carry on with my life now that the show has been "postponed"? Help me fellow members - If I've ever needed you it's now!
  6. If there's damage to his vocal chords - which has been mentioned - it'll be hard to do shows for a while and that's what scares me about the make-up dates. If he really has damaged his chords, that will require LOTS of rest and will make the possibility of making up missed shows much more difficult b/c of the sheer number they'd have to cancel. Selfish me, huh?
  7. I HOPE so ... I've seen U2 already this year; going to see The Stones in October; Coldplay made/makes the trifecta. I really hope they announce make-up dates SOON.
  8. I just hope they make the date(s) up ... The wife and I were so looking forward to seeing them LIVE.
  9. Well, I just hope they announce make up dates soon. Because if they don't plan on making them up, I'd like to try to catch a different date.
  10. Birmingham officially cancelled. CRAP. I sure hope they make the date up.
  11. I just called the venue and as far as they know, it's on. But, there are many here closer to the band that some ticket agent in Birmingham, so I'd love to get more confirmation. Vocal chords are tricky illnesses.
  12. My wife and I are so excited about the show tomorrow night and now I'm a little skittish b/c of the Tampa cancellation ... Anyone heard anything?
