I've been wanting to get Sigur Ros (anything by then) they get such good praise. What is their music like? Thanks to everyone for posting favorites. If you have a link to somewhere we can hear your suggestions, post that too. I've been getting into some cool trip hop stuff.. Hooverphonic, Portishead, Massive Attack, Weekend Players (http://www.ffrr.com/artists/weekendplayers/index.mgi2) They're new and completely cool! Besides music categories, who are some of your favorite bands and artists? It seems like we always hear the same stuff on the radio. Who are you listening to that no one knows about and should?

Obviously, we all have some common taste, or we wouldn’t be here… but I think it’s fascinating how people can like a certain type of music but then all have different tastes in other music ~ I’m curious to see what the mix is like here.
